What the app is for
FEviewer opens, prints and saves as PDF Italian electronic invoices, both XML files and signed P7M files, on your PC. It can be used on its own or from the Giant management software.
Invoices stay on your PC
FEviewer sends nothing over the network. It has no account, sends invoices to no one, uses no analytics, error reporting or advertising, and does not check for updates by itself: Microsoft Store handles them. Sigma Sistemi receives no data from the app.
Invoices contain data about other people and companies, such as names, VAT numbers, tax codes, addresses and bank details. FEviewer reads them only to display, print and save them wherever you choose.
What it saves on the PC
- Settings: window position and size, zoom, list width and sort order. The app keeps no list of opened files.
- A log file with the time of each start and any printing errors. When Giant opens it, the log also records the invoice path and the company's VAT number.
- Attachments of the invoices you open, copied to the Windows temporary folder so they can be opened with the default program.
Everything stays on the PC, under the control of whoever uses it.
Printing, PDF and saving
Printing, PDF export and "Save" write only to the printer or the folder you choose. Attachments and PDFs open with the default Windows programs.
Link with Giant
When Giant starts it, FEviewer stays in the notification area and receives from Giant the path of the invoice to display. This communication happens only within the same PC.
Microsoft Store
FEviewer is installed and updated from Microsoft Store. Microsoft may collect installation data and Windows diagnostic data under its own privacy statement. Sigma Sistemi receives only aggregate statistics, such as the number of installs and crashes per version, which do not identify who uses the app.

Your rights
Sigma Sistemi receives no data through FEviewer, so it holds no data of yours to access or delete. If you write to us, we use your message only to reply. For any request about your data (Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) write to info@sigma-sistemi.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
